EULAR Young Investigator Award

 

The prestigious EULAR award has been redesigned to reward excellence in clinical and basic research. Applicants will have to show evidence of having established expertise and track record. The competition is open to both clinical and basic researchers working at a European institution for at least three years. No strict age limit applies. Scoring of applications and selection of candidates will be made by the EULAR Steering Committee.

 

A maximum of two Young Investigator Awards will be given in 2012. Each award includes free registration to the EULAR congress, 3 nights of hotel accommodation as well as a cash prize of EUR 2'500. The successful applicant is requested to present his/her work at the EULAR congress. The session will be chaired by standing committee member(s) on education and training as well as standing committee member(s) on clinical affairs.
